The signs include changes in behavior (poor personal hygiene, an obsession with guns, a romantic or sexual obsession); changes in attitude (lowered tolerance for work stress, dissatisfaction with how a conflict/grievance was resolved); and demonstrations of violence (verbal threats, physical assaults, use of weapons in physical assaults).
