The Virginia Beach Law Enforcement Memorial was dedicated on June 23, 2012. The memorial was created by Paul DiPasquale, the same sculptor who created Virginia Beach’s iconic statue of King Neptune. It features three police officers, sculpted in bronze, who represent the Virginia Beach Police Department, Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Office, and state and federal law enforcement agencies.
