The patch of the Campbell, California, Police Department is shaped like those worn by the California Highway Patrol. In the center is a design comprised of two triangles, chosen because they are the strongest geometrical shape. Featured inside the larger triangle are buildings, houses, and a church, emphasizing the importance of community. The inner triangle contains three figures that represent family. Surrounding this design is the department’s motto, “To protect and serve with integrity.”
