The shoulder patch of the Corona, California, Police Department.

The Corona, California, Police Department’s patch shows the city’s incorporation date and nickname, “The Circle City.” Corona’s signature Grand Boulevard is a 3-mile, 4-lane traffic circle that was used as an international automobile raceway in the early 1900s. The patch also highlights Corona’s Historic Civic Center and its fountain, framed by the Cleveland National Forest in the background. Orange trees on each side of the patch signify that Corona was once one of the citrus capitals of the world.
